Each piece of Atma Prema jewelry is handmade and should be handled with care. We recommend removing your jewelry before doing anything rough with your hands or before showering. Please avoid contact with perfumes, lotions or hair products. With our sterling silver pieces, we recommend you do not get these wet at all.

To clean 18k yellow gold over sterling silver pieces: wipe lightly with a damp cloth to remove any dust. Submerge for 5-10 minutes in a bowl of lukewarm soapy water (do not use antibacterial soap). Rinse with lukewarm water and dry lightly with a soft cloth.

To clean sterling silver pieces: sterling silver must be cleaned regularly to retain its luster. Use a silver cleaning agent with a sulfur base and follow the instructions for use. Alternately, you can use a cleaning cloth that has been chemically treated meant for removal of light tarnishing.

All of our rings are standard US sizes. If you don’t know your US sizes, we would suggest getting sized by a local jeweler.

All orders are packed and shipped within 1-3 days of your purchase. We ship Monday - Friday, with the exception of USA holidays.

  • Average delivery time for domestic orders is 3-7 business days.

  • Average delivery time for international orders is 5-10 business days via USPS and DHL.

Unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchanges due to hygienic reasons. Please shop carefully as all sales are final.
